Naveen Bewtra, Managing Director, Hoya Corporation

Naveen Bewtra joined the Xponent Board of Directors in June of 2005. As Vice President of Business Development for Hoya Corporation, Dr. Bewtra is responsible for worldwide investment and M&A activities in the technology sector. Prior to joining Hoya he was Vice President of Business Development at Paracer, Inc., and was an integral part of the executive team which enabled Paracer to be acquired by Stratos Lightwave. Dr. Bewtra has also spent over 10 years in a number of Executive Management positions at Nortel Networks, Hewlett-Packard, and Agilent Technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto. In addition to Xponent, Dr. Bewtra also serves on the Board of Directors for two other privately held companies.
