1310nm Fabry Perot TOSA

The Xponent 1310nm FP TOSA is an LC receptacle TOSA that enables a wider operating temperature range. It isy intended for use in small form factor (SFF) and small form factor pluggable (SFP) transceivers for telecommunications and data communications applications at data rates of up to 4.25Gb/s. The Xponent FP TOSA contains an SMP chipset that includes a 1310nm InGaAIAs (FP) laser with a front facet monitor diode (MPD) bonded onto a silicon Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC). The flex circuit pin-out delivers well-controlled impedence and mechanically compliant PCB interface to enable superior high-speed performance and relaxed manufacturing tolerances.
