The Triplexer is a single-fiber, bidirectional optical component which uses the SMP platform to integrate laser, photodiodes, filters and fiber on a single PLC to create a very cost effective solution with industry-leading features. The Triplexer includes an upstream 1310nm FP laser, a downstream 1490nm PIN/TIA 1R digital receiver, a 1550nm high responsivity linear PIN PD and the appropriate optical filtering. The package is designed to enable a single-step solder process for simple interface to PCB to support high volume assembly for our customers.
